Their beautiful Cabin frequently reverberates with live music, laughing family and friends, as well as the hard work of gardening and baling hay. In their free time, The Dunns gives back to causes that are close to their heart, including ushering and playing for their church contemporary choir, fundraising for diverse charities and support for the OCD community.

The #SAVELUCAS campaign brought thousands of strangers together for the common good of one small child, Lucas Goeller. Revolutionary for its’ time, the #SAVELUCAS movement led other families in desperate need of finding an organ donor to a new way of connecting to possible donors in a faster way; through the social media platform Facebook. Lucas Goeller was the first transplant recipient that received an organ (liver) donation directly through Facebook.
Now at nearly 100K Likes and Followers on Facebook, Lucas is thriving thanks to his angel donor, Olivia.

Kate and Dan have helped foster the dreams of other artists, such as Abede Geleta. Sponsoring the education of this young Ethiopian artist has enabled him to secure a job as an artist and an art teacher in Addis Ababa, where he now supports his extended family of eight people.
A successful summer concert event, raised $7000 donated to an Ethiopian Spiritan Mission Project. As well as coordinating the Event, The Dunns utilized artwork provided by Geleta for auction materials as a giving-back and resource to add proceeds to the Auction. Singer, songwriter and comedian, Cahal Dunne entertained in front of a full house. To contribute additional donations please contact Ms. Rose Stegman, Religious Education Director at St. Mary’s Parish, Glenshaw, PA.
Through their missionary work, Kate and Dan support the Applachian Mission Trip with local youth groups. Also currently supporting a young boy in the Philippines, named Leo, with monthly contributions. This small token allows him to grow to his full potential in an otherwise challenging environment.
Kate and Dan volunteer their services at area churches pro bono to continue their conscientious philanthropy work. This includes the annual nativity at St. Catherine of Sweden church in which they brings ‘living nativity’ animals that bring the display to life!
Life of Many Colors
Kate Dunn’s beautiful images are multi-media in nature, and her technique demands raw talent as well as a multiplicity of advanced technical skills. She begins by using her trained eye to capture exciting original images using a state-of-the-art digital camera. Next, she transfers the image to her computer, where she uses a combination of software packages to artistically enhance the images. Finally, she produces an original print on the finest quality Strathmore acid-free cotton fiber paper, Arches Watercolor cold press stock or Satin Canvas with stretcher Bars and EcoShield spray. Occasionally, she will continue the process by hand-embellishing the piece with watercolors or pastels. Finally, the finished product is mounted using museum-quality, acid-free, bevel-cut mattes. The result is a stunning original piece of art, some of which are sold in numbered series and others of which are available as originals only.
While every aspect of the process is of the highest quality, Kate is able to produce exceptionally affordable art because the creative process is dramatically shortened through the use of computer software.
